I loved it, I thought it would be small but it is good size. I just felt like it took a little while to arrive, but it was within the dates they mentioned, so that's fine.

I'm very happy with this product. It's well made and holds a good amount of water, i would recommend getting extra filters for it like i did because i don't think they'd be available to many places. (at least not in canada) it was actually a bit bigger than i had thought but in a good way. It's the perfect height so my cat doesn't have to bend down to try and drink out of it. It is fairly quiet too so it's not annoying and doesn't scare the cat. He seems to like it also which is the most important honestly, because if my cat didn't use it none of the other points would really matter. On a side note the box did get a little damaged in shipping but that didn't affect the actual product and it was not damaged, or cracked or anything else.

The polish works well. The plastic is not stinking. It is advisable to buy additional spare filters (one included)

Th pet water fountain is pretty good. The only thing that it works non stop. Meaning water pumps all the time. My former one stopped every once in a while.

Item arrived in-tacked and the shipping was reasonable. I have yet to try the filters but they look to be good quality.
